These terms cover Rudy's Archery Tracking at rudysarchery.com (the “site”), operated by Rudy. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them. See also the Privacy policy.

What the site is

The site is archery scorekeeping with photo proof, optional friends, clubs, and hosted shoots. It is provided as-is. Features can change. There is no uptime guarantee.

Accounts

You must give a working email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may close or suspend an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or used to harass others.

Fees (Bitcoin)

Personal scoring is free — your own practice rounds, friends, and joining a shoot you were invited to.
Club registration is $100 per year in Bitcoin (or a promo code that covers one year).
Hosting a tournament is $20 per shoot in Bitcoin. Shooters on the roster do not pay that fee.
Starting a league is $20 in Bitcoin. Club members scoring league weeks do not pay that fee.
Send the USD equivalent at send time to the address shown on the site. Paste the transaction ID. A site admin verifies it by hand. There is no card processor and no automatic confirmation.
Fees are generally non-refundable once verified. If a payment was a clear error, contact the operator and we will look at it.

Acceptable use

This site is for archery scorekeeping. Do not post or upload sexual content, hate or slurs, harassment, spam, or anything illegal. Score photos must be of the target or arrows — not people in sexual or abusive contexts. Blog posts that fail a basic language check are blocked. Anyone signed in can report a post, scorecard, or person. Club admins are notified when a member of their club is reported. You can block another user (except a site admin, or an admin of a club you belong to). We may remove content and deactivate accounts. Automated filters are a first line only; they do not catch everything.

Your content

Scores, photos, club posts, and profile details you upload stay yours. You give us a license to host them so the site can work. Do not upload photos of other people without permission. Club admins are responsible for what they publish on the club blog and who they accept as members.

Limitation

We are not liable for lost scores, missed shoots, or disputes about a line on the target. Photo proof is a record, not a legal service. Use of the site is at your own risk.

Account deletion

Request deletion of your account and personal data at https://rudysarchery.com/delete-account. We process requests within 30 days.
