About

A scorecard I would actually trust

Rudy's Archery Tracking is a small site I run for people who shoot Indoor 300, Vegas 450, and 3D and want the card to match the arrows they just shot.

Who I am

I’m Rudy. I shoot. I got tired of wet paper, notes apps, and league arguments that start when nobody photographed the target. I built this so a round is a sequence: score (and a photo when the shoot is hosted), then the next end unlocks.

There is no company behind it, no subscription mill, and no “growth team.” Personal practice is free. Clubs and hosted events exist for ranges that want a roster and standings. If you only ever log Saturday in the garage, that is a complete use of the site. I wrote that down in Why I built this.

What the site is for

  • Individuals — free Indoor 300, Vegas 450, and 3D history.
  • Clubs — range page, members, leagues, hosted shoots.
  • Friends — finished cards with someone who does not shoot at your club.

Scoring details live in the guides: Indoor 300, Vegas 450, 3D, and when photos are required. The blog is me, in plain language. Each club can also keep its own blog for members.

Money, in one paragraph

Personal rounds are $0. Registering a club is $100 per year in Bitcoin (or a promo code I send). Hosting a tournament or starting a league is $20. Shooters on a hosted event do not pay that fee. Full breakdown: pricing.

How to reach me

If you have an account, email me from the address on that account — I use the same address to reach you. Public requests (account deletion, club approval) have forms in the footer. I am not a 24/7 helpdesk. I do read the mail.

Abuse, cheating, and hate get a report path on profiles, posts, and scorecards. Club admins see reports about their members. I can turn an account off.
