Why Bitcoin, and why those amounts
I am not running a card processor. Club registration is $100 per year because a range page, roster, map, and the right to host is real work on this end. $20 per hosted shoot (or to start a league) is enough that random empty events do not pile up, and not enough that a small club cannot run Thursday nights. Shooters never pay that fee. Personal practice never sees a payment form.
Send the USD equivalent at the time you send. Paste the transaction ID on the club or tournament form. I check it before the club goes live or before scoring opens. Promo codes cover one year of the club fee when I issue them — ask if you have a reason; do not expect a checkout coupon mill.

Yes. Accounts and personal rounds are free. Joining a shoot as a member is free.
What does a club cost?
$100 per year via Bitcoin, or a promo code from the site admin that covers one year if you request a payment bypass.
What does hosting a tournament cost?
$20 per shoot, verified by TXID before scoring opens. Site admin accounts are waived.
What does a club league cost?
$20 to start a league, same Bitcoin flow. Members scoring weeks do not pay that fee.
Do shooters pay the tournament fee?
No. Only the host pays. Members score for free.
