Run shoots the way a range actually works
Register a club, enroll members, and host Indoor 300, Vegas 450, or 3D events with live standings and photo-proof scorecards. Partner clubs can join the same shoot.
What club admins get
- Club page — about text, street address, map, members, and shoot history.
- Approval — site admin reviews the club (complete address required).
- Find / join — the public club list lets archers request a join; admins accept or decline.
- Host a shoot — one format, roster enroll, standings as people score.
- Leagues — Indoor 300 (6 weeks), Vegas 450 (12 weeks, 2 practice), or 3D (6 or 10 weeks). $20 to start. Members score and submit each week.
- Multi-club — invite partner clubs; their admins accept, then members join.
- Club blog — club admins post notes members can read on the club page.
- Group email — message the club from the admin tools.
- Honest cards — locked ends and photos so scores stay reviewable.
How a hosted night is supposed to feel
People show up. They already have accounts. You open the shoot, they join (or you enroll the roster), they score on their phones while they are still at the target. Standings move as ends lock. You are not collecting paper at 9:40 p.m. and typing it into a spreadsheet while everyone wants to leave.
Indoor 300 leagues here are 6 weeks. Vegas 450 is 12 weeks with the first 2 as practice. 3D is 6 or 10. Members submit the week when they are done. That submit is the club’s official card, not a screenshot from a group chat.
Photo proof is required on hosted shoots because the argument is always the same: line cutter, 12-ring, “I thought that was a 5.” The picture does not make people nicer. It makes the card reviewable. Details: photo proof.
Fees
Club registration is $100 per year via Bitcoin (a promo code from the site admin covers one year). Hosting a tournament is $20 per shoot. Starting a league is $20. Members joining a shoot or league are not charged that fee. Personal practice rounds stay free.
