Honesty is a workflow, not a speech.

You shoot an end (or one 3D target). Then you enter the scores. On a hosted shoot you also take a picture of each arrow — or attach a file from the camera roll. Only then does the next end open. Past ends stay locked. There is no “I’ll add photos later” and no bulk score dump.

Personal practice is different

I shot a weekend of indoor and got tired of pulling the phone out for every arrow. On a personal Indoor 300, Vegas 450, or 3D round, photos are optional. Tap the scores and lock the end. Keep the camera for the nights that need it.

Tournaments and leagues still require a photo on every arrow (or target). That is the honest card for a hosted shoot. If you do not want to photograph league, do not join a hosted shoot here.

Why bother on league night

• A broken line on the target is still on the picture when you review the card.
• Club and friend shoots can look at the same proof instead of arguing from memory.
• A public share link, if you turn one on, shows that locked card — not a spreadsheet you could have rewritten at home.

Photos are compressed so they do not fill the disk, but they stay sharp enough to read the target. Use the phone at the line over HTTPS. Desktop works if you upload from a file. Longer write-up: photo-proof scoring guide.
